Hyderabad / Minor gang raped in Mercedes car in Hyderabad MLA son name also in accused list

Hyderabad | A minor girl was allegedly molested and gang-raped by three to four men in a Mercedes car in Hyderabad. Police sources say that an MLA's son and a juvenile were allegedly involved in the incident. The police launched an investigation to verify the facts of the case, which was registered at Jubilee Hills police station on Wednesday, June 1.

Let us tell you that the incident happened on Saturday. Initially a case was registered against the three accused involved in the incident under Section 354 of the IPC and POCSO Act. The 17-year-old girl was sent for medical examination and the police have now changed the case. In this section 376 (gang rape) of IPC has been added.

According to a report in India Today TV, a senior police officer said that the son of an MLA and the chairman of the minority board were present at the party and accompanied the girl. The victim was able to identify and name only one accused, who is also a minor. Further investigation is on.
