Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat said that violence does no good to anyone. Societies that love violence are counting down their last days. We should always be non-violent and peaceful. For this it is necessary that all the communities come together and save humanity. We need to do this work on top priority.

This statement of the Sangh chief comes in the backdrop of incidents of religious conflict in different parts of the country. There were incidents of violence in at least six states on Ram Navami and Hanuman birth anniversary. Bhagwat was the chief guest in Amravati on Thursday at the ceremony of the throne of Sant Kanwar Ram's great-grandson Sai Rajeshlal.

The Sangh chief also spoke of the need to establish a Sindhi University to save the Sindhi language and culture. He said, India is a multilingual country. Every language has its own importance. He said, some Sindhi brothers stayed in Pakistan to save their land, while many came to India to save religion at the cost of their land.

Petrol for social pressure government

Bhagwat said that the Sindhi community should put pressure on the central government to get the demand of the university accepted. He said that he is not a part of the government, but whether it is the government or any other, it works only under the pressure of the society. Social pressure acts like petrol for the government.
