Uttarakhand / Patwari suspended in ankita murder case closeness was with pulkit arya

Uttarakhand | Ankita Bhandari Murder Case: Patwari Vaibhav Pratap Singh of Udaipur Palla-2 of Yamkeshwar tehsil of Pauri district has also been suspended. Patwari Vaibhav Pratap was accused of not taking proper action after coming to the notice of this serious case regarding the Ankita murder case, going on leave without informing the higher officials about the incident.

Not only this, the opposition had also raised questions on this and many types of reactions were coming on social media. The same matter was also raised by the family members. After this, the DM had asked SDM Yamkeshwar to investigate and submit a report regarding the role of Patwari Vaibhav Pratap. Now after the negligence was confirmed in the preliminary inquiry report of SDM Yamkeshwar, the DM has suspended Revenue Sub-Inspector Vaibhav Pratap.

Attaching Vaibhav Pratap to Tehsil Thalisain, the investigation has been handed over to SDM Lansdowne. Patwari Vivek Kumar, who was earlier on charge, has been suspended for the negligence of Ankita's disappearance. In the investigation report of the SDM, the negligence of the revenue sub-inspector Vaibhav Pratap posted in Udaipur Palla-2 has been confirmed.

It has been said in the report of about two pages that when Vaibhav Pratap came to know about Ankita's disappearance on 19 September itself and he had also spoken to Ankita's family members in this matter, then this serious matter was taken up without taking proper action and without Informing the higher officials, he got his leave approved. Vaibhav Pratap was on leave from 20 to 23 September.

It has been said in the investigation report that Patwari Vaibhav Pratap has been warned in many cases in the past, but despite this, he again took care of such a serious matter. Pauri DM Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogdande said that prima facie negligence has come to the fore in the investigation report of the SDM. This is a serious matter, but due to negligence, the image has also been tarnished. According to the DM, Patwari Vaibhav Pratap has been suspended and attached to Tehsil Thalisain.
