Hemant Soren News: A big news is coming out in Hemant Soren case. PMLA Court has given its decision in this matter. In the decision, the court has given 5 days remand to ED. For your information, let us tell you that ED had asked for 10 days remand from the court, but the court has granted them remand for only 5 days. Hemant Soren's lawyers have appealed to the court that Hemant Soren should be kept in the same Hotwar jail where the former CM was kept yesterday.

Interrogation will take place in jail itself

Let us tell you that the lawyers further told the court that the jail is safe in terms of security, hence the ED should interrogate it for 5 days in the jail itself. After hearing both the parties, the court gave 5 days custody to ED. Further, keeping in mind the security reasons, the court has asked the ED to interrogate Hemant in the jail itself and if he has to be taken somewhere, then his security should be taken full care of. ED has given its consent to the court on this. That means ED will interrogate Hemant in jail.
