Haryana Election 2024: In view of the upcoming assembly elections in Haryana, the Congress has intensified its election strategy. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Vijay Sankalp Yatra is starting from today, which will focus on the winning seats of the state. The yatra will start from Narayangarh assembly constituency in Ambala district at 11 am and will reach Kurukshetra in the evening via various assembly constituencies. Congress general secretary and his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will also join him in this journey, who will work to give more edge to the party's election campaign in the state.

Route and focus of Vijay Sankalp Yatra

This Vijay Sankalp Yatra of Rahul Gandhi will continue from 30 September to 3 October. The route of this yatra is especially focused on those assembly constituencies where the Congress is seen to have more chances of winning. During today's visit, Rahul Gandhi will visit Yamunanagar, Ambala, Saha and Kurukshetra districts. The yatra will also reach Ladwa assembly constituency of Kurukshetra, from where Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini is contesting.

The Congress has prepared a complete strategy for this yatra, which will cover important assembly constituencies of Haryana. The main objective of this visit of Rahul is to encourage the party workers and increase the support of Congress among the public. After 10 years of being out of power in Haryana, the Congress is putting all its strength to form the government this time.

The yatra will cover seven assembly constituencies

Rahul Gandhi's Vijay Sankalp Yatra will cover seven assembly constituencies of Haryana. These include Narayangarh, Mullana, Radaur, Ladwa, Sadhaura, Pipli and Kurukshetra. These areas have been strategically chosen by the Congress as the party's chances of winning here are considered to be high. Earlier, Rahul Gandhi addressed election rallies in Assandh and Hisar, where he launched a scathing attack on the ruling party of the state.

Public meeting in Thanesar, Kurukshetra

Rahul Gandhi will also address a public meeting in Thanesar, Kurukshetra, where senior Congress leaders Bhupendra Singh Hooda and Kumari Selja will also be present. This public meeting is considered important for the Congress, as the area of Kurukshetra is considered a fierce battleground between the BJP and the Congress. The Congress is trying to strengthen its hold in this area and this visit of Rahul is a big step in this direction.

Amit Shah's attack on Rahul Gandhi

Meanwhile, the BJP has also intensified its attacks against the Congress. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, while addressing an election rally in Badshahpur recently, called Rahul Gandhi a "lie machine". He said, "Congress's Rahul Baba is a lie machine. Sometimes he talks about removing reservation and sometimes he says that he will bring back Article 370." Shah took a dig at the internal situation of the Congress and said that the condition of the party has become like 'one pomegranate, 100 sick'.

Congress's attempt to return to power

The Congress has been out of power in Haryana for a decade, and now it is preparing to make a strong comeback in the 2024 assembly elections. These elections are important for the party, and through Rahul Gandhi's Vijay Sankalp Yatra, Congress is trying to strengthen its presence among the people. The aim of this yatra is not only to unite the party workers but also to convey the message of Congress to the people of the state.

Overall, the electoral field of Haryana is going to be very competitive this time. There will be a direct contest between Congress and BJP, and it will be interesting to see how effective Rahul Gandhi's Vijay Sankalp Yatra proves to be for the Congress.
