UK Elections: General elections have been held in the United Kingdom and the election results will be out soon. However, the exit polls that came before the results are clearly showing that the departure of the Conservative Party and Rishi Sunak from the power of the country is almost certain. According to a major exit poll, the center-left Labor Party is going to win the UK elections with a huge majority. If the election results remain the same, then the Labor Party will return to power in the UK after 14 years.

What is the exit poll forecast

Exit poll data has been released by Ipsos for BBC, ITV and Sky for the UK elections. It has predicted a huge victory for the Labor Party. The Labor Party will win 410 seats. The Conservative Party will get only 131 seats. The Liberal Democrats are expected to get 61 seats, Reform UK 13 seats and the Green Party 2 seats.

Starmer can become the new Prime Minister

Labour leader Keir Starmer can be made the new Prime Minister of the UK on behalf of the Labour Party. Starmer is a former lawyer who entered Parliament in 2015 and took over the Labour leadership in 2020. Under his leadership, the Labour Party is so close to gaining power.

Voting was held in the UK on July 4 for 650 seats of the Parliament i.e. the House of Commons. Its results can come out today. Let us tell you that the majority figure in Parliament is 326 seats. Whichever party or alliance crosses this figure will form the government. At present, it is estimated that the Labour Party alone will easily get more seats than the majority.
