Do not pressure school to bring books for a week

The Directorate of Education has directed that children should not be pressured to bring books for a week after the school opens. They are also asked to include various activities for their entertainment.

The directorate has said that when the school opens, the teachers will have to warmly welcome the children and the parents accompanying them. Upon arrival in the classroom, the teacher will ask the children to share their experience during the time of lockdown. If a child feels uncomfortable sharing his experience, the teacher will not pressurize him. At the same time, a group will be formed with a pair of children, so that the children can express their views openly.

Students may also be asked to share their lockdown experience through poetry or pictures. The directorate has directed the teachers to talk to the students of classes VI to VIII about their hopes, aspirations and aspirations. At the same time, students are instructed to have an informal face-to-face discussion for about two weeks.

Schools to organize 20 activities: The Directorate of Education has directed schools to include 20 activities to make children feel comfortable and strengthen relationships.
