The practice match was Suryakumar Yadav's last chance to strengthen his claim for a place in the playing eleven. Former Indian coach Ravi Shastri said that if India's top order batsman performs well then you can play either Suryakumar or Shreyas Iyer. If all the players are scoring runs then this batsman (Suryakumar) can prove to be a trump card for you. In Indian conditions, our top order batsmen hardly have to struggle and in such a situation Surya will be included in my playing eleven.Squad for the World Cup- Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Shreyas Iyer, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Shubman Gill, Ishan Kishan, KL Rahul, Shardul Thakur, Ravind Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, R Ashwin, Siraj, Bumrah, Shami. What could be the playing 11- Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul, Ishan Kishan, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Siraj, Shami and Bumrah.UPDATE: The warm-up match between India & Netherlands is abandoned due to persistent rain. #TeamIndia | #CWC23 https://t.co/rbLo0WHrVJ pic.twitter.com/0y4Ey1Dvye
