Sukesh Chandrashekhar: Sukesh Chandrashekhar has written another letter to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. This time Sukesh has appealed to transfer himself and his wife from Delhi jail. Sukesh has written a letter to the LG to shift himself and his wife out of Delhi jail to any other jail in the country. Let us inform that Sukesh, through his lawyer, had written to the LG on October 8 and November 5, demanding a CBI inquiry against Satendra Jain, Aam Aadmi Party, Arvind Kejriwal and Kailash Gehlot. Based on these complaints, Sukesh has now prayed to transfer himself and his wife out of Delhi jail.

What did Sukesh Chandrashekhar write in this letter?

This letter reads, "Sir, Sukesh is lodged as an under trial prisoner in Delhi's Mandoli Jail No. 14 Ward No. 1, in a case of FIR No. 208/2021 (August 7, 2021) of Chandrashekhar Special Cell, along with Sukesh. The wife of Leena Mandoli is lodged in Jail No. 16 in the same case. The complaint filed by my client in your office against Arvind Kejriwal, Kailash Gehlot, Satendra Jain, Aam Aadmi Party, to withdraw the demand for CBI investigation and EOW and There is constant threat and pressure being made in the ED to take back the statements which I have given against all of them. Also Sukesh's wife, who is lodged in Mandoli jail, is also being pressurized to withdraw the complaint. Sukesh's wife is abused by senior officers and Sukesh is pressurized to withdraw the complaint."

Injury in private part of Sukesh

Sukesh's letter further read, "On August 31, Sukesh was assaulted by a CRPF jawan inside the jail, causing injury to Sukesh's private part and due to this his treatment is going on in RML and GTB Hospital and the doctor has He has been advised to wear scortle sport to reduce the pain. Understanding the situation on the part of our client due to recent threats and assault, we demand the transfer of Sukesh and his wife from Delhi to any other jail in the country. We pray outside in any jail which is beyond the control of DG of Delhi Jail.

Letter also sent to President, PM and Home Minister

Sukesh Chandrashekhar and Leena's lawyer Ashok Kumar Singh further wrote in this letter, "On 7th November in the legal case, I went to meet Sukesh in Mandoli Jail, being a councilor, where he has given this prayer to me by hand return which I In front of you and your office." Sukesh's hand written letter, typed letter has also been sent to Prime Minister's Office, President's Office, Home Minister's Office, Chief Justice of India.

The letter has also been attached to the complaint dated November 7, in which Sukesh has written that we are being threatened and harassed by the jail administration at the behest of Arvind Kejriwal, Satendra Jain. It is written in this letter that on behalf of Jail Superintendent Dinesh, my wife, who is lodged in Jail No. 16, is being pressurized by me to withdraw the complaint. Many offers are being given to me by Satendra Jain.

Transfer sought in non-AAP territory

Sukesh Chandrashekhar wrote in his letter, "I have important evidence against Satendra Jain, Arvind Kejriwal, so pressure is being created on us. Cases of suspicious death like Ankit Gurjar in jail are very common, so till we get an investigation for our safety. We should be transferred from Delhi jail to any jail in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand because Delhi jail is under the control of Arvind Kejriwal, Satendra Jain and Aam Aadmi Party, this is the situation when the DG of Tihar is an IPS officer. We should be transferred to a state where there is no Aam Aadmi Party government, the entire staff of Delhi Jail acts like the puppets of Kejriwal, Satendra Jain, from whom we are in great danger."
