After getting the invitation for Bigg Boss Season 16, Sumbul watched the old episodes of Bigg Boss. Sumbul told that when he saw the clips offered by the team before coming to Bigg Boss, he even thought of turning down the offer of the show.

When I got the offer, I asked my father, then he asked me to watch episodes of some old seasons. I had never followed Bigg Boss. My reaction was what is this? What is all this happening?' Sumbul Tauqeer Khan told that she was very scared after watching the old episodes.

Sumbul said, 'I told my father that I will not do this show, but he explained to me that I can do it. Then finally I decided to come on this show. Sumbul told that he had seen some clips of Bigg Boss season 13 in which Shahnaz Gill and Siddharth Shukla were also seen.
