IND vs ENG: The Indian cricket team registered a spectacular 15-run win in the fourth match of the five-match T20 series against England, and captured the series with one match to spare. After losing the toss, the Indian team batted first and scored a challenging score of 181 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. During this, Hardik Pandya and Shivam Dubey played brilliant innings of 53-53 runs. It was not easy for England to steal this target and due to the excellent bowling of the Indian bowlers, the England team was bowled out for 166 runs in 19.4 overs. Among the Indian bowlers, Ravi Bishnoi and Harshit Rana took 3-3 wickets and turned the match in India's favor.

When the England team came out to chase the target of 182 runs, Ben Duckett and Phil Salt gave a strong start by adding 62 runs for the first wicket. However, Indian team's young leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi worked to break this partnership and after this, England's big batsmen were out quickly. England's target became more difficult with the fall of wickets of Jos Buttler, Liam Livingstone, and Jacob Bethell. Harry Brook certainly handled the innings from one side, but he too was dismissed by Varun Chakraborty and England's hopes were shattered. Ravi Bishnoi took 3 wickets for just 28 runs in 4 overs, while Harshit Rana took 3 important wickets for 33 runs. But the pair of Shivam Dubey and Hardik Pandya handled the Indian innings and scored runs fast and brought the team to a strong position. Both played crucial innings of 53-53 runs and helped India reach the score of 181 runs. For England, Saqib Mahmood took 3 wickets, while Jamie Overton took 2 wickets.

Pune T20 thriller: Indian bowlers turned the match around

England batsman Harry Brook's explosive innings had once put the Indian team in trouble, but Varun Chakraborty turned the match in India's favour by dismissing Brook and Brydon Carse in the same over. After this, in the 19th over, Harshit Rana took the wicket of Jamie Overton for only 6 runs. In the last over, Arshdeep Singh dismissed Saqib Mahmood and gave India a thrilling win.

Dubey's injury dealt a big blow to England

The turning point of this match was Shivam Dubey's injury. Dubey suffered a concussion in the last over while batting, after which the Indian team asked the match referee for a substitute. Due to this, Harshit Rana got a chance to play and he shocked the England batsmen by taking 3 wickets for 33 runs.

Undefeated in 17 T20 series

India has maintained its dominance in the T20 series by defeating England. The Indian team has not lost any T20 series at home since the year 2019. With this win, India remains undefeated in 17 T20 series.
