On September 5, Manipur celebrated the centenary of Shankar Dinkar Kane (Bhaiyaji), who made a significant contribution in the field of education. On this occasion, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat praised the hard work of Sangh volunteers in Manipur, who are working for peace and education even in difficult circumstances.

Mohan Bhagwat: On September 5, the centenary year of Shankar Dinkar Kane (Bhaiyaji), who made an invaluable contribution to the field of education in Manipur, was celebrated. On this special occasion, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat praised his work in education and social service. Bhagwat highlighted the current challenging situation in Manipur, where there is no guarantee of security and there is an atmosphere of social unrest.

Bhagwat said, "Shankar Dinkar Kane paid special attention to the education of children till 1971 and brought them to Maharashtra and made arrangements for their education and living. Despite the difficult conditions in Manipur, the volunteers of the Sangh are standing firmly in the conflict areas and trying to restore peace."

Amid the ethnic conflict in Manipur, Bhagwat also praised the dedication of the Sangh volunteers and their work. He said that the Sangh is not only working to normalize the situation but is also trying to reduce the hatred and anger between the two castes.

On this occasion, Bhagwat praised the work of Shankar Dinkar Kane and said that it is because of his hard work and penance that there has been a positive change in the Purvanchal region over time. He also said that the continuous efforts of people like Kane are extremely important towards making India an influential country at the global level.

Referring to the future of India, the RSS chief said that the country will need the hard work of two more generations to realize its dreams. He also added that we have to move forward towards our goals while dealing with those who are obstructing India's progress.
