He impressed everyone with his acting skills and now people are waiting to see more of him. The actor will be soon seen in the series 'A Suitable Boy' which is going to stream on Netflix shortly.

News Helpline . Mumbai | Vijay Varma got the much deserved fame and appreciation from his character 'Moeen Bhai' in the film 'Gully Boy'. He impressed everyone with his acting skills and now people are waiting to see more of him. The actor will be soon seen in the series 'A Suitable Boy' which is going to stream on Netflix shortly.

In an instagram post, he shared his working experience about the same. The 'Yaara' actor shared a picture of him with Tabu and Ishaan and wrote, "This is where it all started. The table read. My seat was next to Saeeda's. I stopped breathing for a bit and didn't know what to do with myself. Then @tabutiful walks in looking like a million dollar and once the reading started..all we both did was giggle uncontrollably every time someone read the humour well”

“I met the entire cast n crew that day. This whole process turned out to be one of the most enriching experience of my life. Also got me to work closely with friend/fan @ishaankhatter. Based on Vikram Seth's novel by the same name, 'A Suitable Boy' has been adapted by the highly acclaimed Andrew Davies who has penned it into a six part series. Oscar and BAFTA nominated director Mira Nair has helmed the project which showcases the fortune of four families in North India in post partition turbulent background in the year 1951.

Ishaan Khatter will play the character of hedonistic Maan Kapoor whereas Tabu will portray the role of Saeeda Bai. Newcomer Tanya Maniktala will play the role of Lata Mehra.  It will also feature Rasika Dugal, Ram Kapoor, Vivaan Shah, Vinay Pathak in supporting roles. The show will soon stream on Netflix but the dates are yet to be announced.
