How many seats does a party have in Bihar?

RJD has 79 MLAs out of 243 seats in Bihar Assembly. There Congress has 19 seats, CPI (ML) has 12, CPI has 2, CPI (M) has 2 and AIMIM has one seat. NDA alliance currently has majority in Bihar. BJP has 78 MLAs, JDU has 45 MLAs, Hindustani Awam Morcha has 4 and independent MLA is 1.

Nitish took oath on 28 January
