According to the information given by SVR Srinivas, CEO of the project, 'Three bids were received for this, out of which one of Naman Group's bid could not qualify in the bidding. After this the bids of Adani Realty and DLF were opened.

According to the CEO, 'Adani Group led by Gautam Adani had bid more than double the bid of DLF for this project. The report said that Adani's bid was Rs 5,069 crore, while DLF's bid for Dharavi redevelopment was Rs 2,025 crore. Let us tell you that the area of ​​Dharavi slum is spread over 2.5 square kilometers, for which the government has set a deadline of seven years.
