Maha Kumbh 2025: Preparations are going on in full swing to make the Maha Kumbh, starting from January 13, 2025 in Uttar Pradesh, grand and historic. The UP government has decided to invite the governors and chief ministers of all the states of the country to the Maha Kumbh.

Ministers will give invitation in the states

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath called a meeting of ministers at Lok Bhavan on Friday. It was decided in the meeting that the ministers of the state will go to different states and give personal invitation to the governors and chief ministers of those states to come to the Maha Kumbh.

A senior minister of the state government said, "We will also contact the chief ministers and other prominent leaders of the states ruled by opposition parties. Maha Kumbh is a cultural and religious event, in which everyone will be welcomed keeping politics aside."

National and international promotion of Maha Kumbh

The Yogi government passed a resolution on November 22 and decided to promote the Maha Kumbh in India and abroad. Officials believe that the event will attract a record number of devotees from all over the world.

State ministers will hold road shows to promote the Maha Kumbh. These road shows will be led by the ministers themselves and during this time they will meet the governors and chief ministers of the respective states and invite them.

State Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh is already promoting the Maha Kumbh among representatives of various countries in Delhi. To attract devotees at the international level, the UP government has started a special promotional campaign in many countries.
