Shikhar Dhawan: Delhi's Patiala House Court has restrained Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan's wife from making defamatory allegations against him. The family court directed Dhawan's estranged wife, an Australian citizen, Ayesha Mukherjee, not to post anything derogatory against Dhawan on social media or say anything that tarnishes his image.

If Ayesha has complaints, seek legal help - Court

Pronouncing the verdict in the case, Justice Harish Kumar said that if Ayesha indeed has complaints against Dhawan, she cannot be stopped from taking the help of the concerned authority. The judge also said, "She can certainly be restrained from sharing her complaint against Dhavan with her friends, relatives, party mates and making it public before going to the appropriate authority."

Justice Harish Kumar said, "In the circumstances, he shall, until further orders, disclose any of his grievances against Dhavan or his version of the dispute involved or alleged on social media, print media or any other forum or among friends, relatives or associates of the parties."
