Earthquake In Kolkata: Earthquake tremors were felt in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, on Tuesday, causing panic among the people. According to the National Center for Seismology, the magnitude of the earthquake was measured at 5.1 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the earthquake was in the Bay of Bengal and it occurred at a depth of 91 kilometers. However, no information about any major damage has been received so far.

No possibility of major damage due to greater depth
