New Zealand's hopes rest on Darrell Mitchell, who played a memorable innings of 190 runs in the first innings. Mitchell returned not out after scoring 32 runs in the second innings, while Matt Henry was supporting him from the other end. For England, Matty Potts took two wickets while James Anderson, Stuart Broad and Jack Leach took one wicket each.
