There are reports of the death of former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf. However, it has not been officially confirmed yet. According to reports, Musharraf died in a Dubai hospital on Friday. Parvez was 78 years old and he had been ill for a long time. He had cancer. Musharraf was the President of Pakistan from 2001 to 2008. Before that he was also the Army Chief. Pervez Musharraf was booked for treason in December 2013 for imposing emergency in the country on November 3, 2007 and suspending the constitution till mid-December 2007. Musharraf was convicted on March 31, 2014.
