There has been no change in the prices of LPG for the recent several months, so a change in its price is being expected on March 1, 2022. It will be interesting to see whether cylinder prices increase on March 1 or whether its prices remain stable.

India Post will charge

IPPB i.e. India Post Payment Bank has started charging closure charges for its digital savings account. If you have a savings account with India Post Payment Bank, then you will have to pay this charge. This charge will be Rs 150 and GST will have to be paid separately. Let us tell you that this new rule from the bank will be implemented from March 5, 2022.

Discount for pensioners ends

February 28 is the last date for submission of life certificates for pensioners. That is, from March M, this exemption given by this government will end. It is worth noting that in order to continue getting pension continuously, it is necessary that the pensioners submit their life certificate on time before March 1, i.e. till date. Let us inform that normally the last date for submission of life certificate is 30 November every year, but giving a big relief to the government pensioners, the date was extended twice this year. If the life certificate is not submitted before the deadline, the pension will stop. In such a situation, you can submit life certificate even sitting at home. For this you will have to generate a Digital Life Certificate.

Changes will be seen in digital payment

RBI has prepared for major changes in digital payments. Proprietary QR code users will move to one or more interoperable QR codes. This transfer process must be completed by March 31, 2022. Along with this, the Reserve Bank said that no PSO will introduce any new proprietary code for any payment transaction.

Rules for filling cash in ATM

The rules for filling cash in ATMs of banks are going to change in March. Significantly, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has extended the last date for banks to implement the use of lockable cassettes only for filling cash in ATMs to March 2022. At present, most of the ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) are filled with cash through open cash top-up or on-the-spot injection of cash into the machine. In order to do away with the existing system of dispensing cash at ATMs, RBI has directed banks to ensure that only lockable cassettes are used at the time of cash replenishment at ATMs.
