The body of a minor tribal girl was found hanging from a tree in Dumka district of Jharkhand. Dumka Superintendent of Police (SP) Amber Lakra said that the arrested accused has been identified as Armaan Ansari. The SP said that a case of rape and murder has been registered under the POCSO Act and the SC/ST Act. The accused Armaan Ansari has been arrested. We are collecting evidence and will file a charge sheet soon. On Saturday, the body of a teenager was found hanging from a tree in a field in Dumka.
