New Delhi: A Delhi court has issued a notice to Bollywood singer Yo Yo Honey Singh alias Hirdesh Singh after his estranged wife Shalini Singh filed a fresh application. In her application, Shalini sought to restrain him from creating third party rights on the movable and immovable assets owned by him or his companies in United Arab Emirates, a report in ANI said. Talwar filed an application to restrain the singer for creating any third party right on his assets in the UAE.Earlier this month, Singh appeared before the Tis Hazari Court in connection with the domestic violence case. Shalini has sought Rs 20 crore as compensation from her estranged husband under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.The court has listed the matter of domestic violence case involving Singh for further hearing on September 28.Honey Singh's Wife Accuses Him Of Domestic ViolenceLast month, Shalini Talwar filed a domestic violence case against Singh at Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. She levelled serious allegations against the rapper in her 118-page complaint. Talwar accused him of engaging in casual sex and ‘mercilessly beating’ her, according to IANS. She also alleged that she was subjected to physical, verbal and emotional abuse by Honey Singh and his family. In her plea, Shalini claimed that she was 'physically assaulted' by the 'Blue Eyes' hitmaker over the last ten years of marriage. The duo tied the knot in January 2011.Honey Singh's Upcoming ProjectsOn the professional front, Yo Yo Honey Singh recently collaborated with Neha Kakkar and her brother Tony Kakkar for a new song titled ‘Kanta Laga’.
