New Delhi. The secret of the new type of corona virus has claimed to find scientists of different research institutes. In a research published on July 27 on Print Server Medrxiv, scientists have said that the virus passes through a change in the body of an infected person and once it is done, it infects new people with their corresponding change. As a result, new variants are rising. The team found that after about 80 percent genome sequencing, the new variant or strain emerged in the persons.

Scientists say that with time to track the host's host variability in individuals and populations, those sites can get the necessary leads which are beneficial and harm. According to the study, these information will be very useful to spread the type of virus spread in the population and predict its infectivity. Combined analysis with intra-host variability of Novell Coronavirus genome should now be the next step.

Institute Joined Research

In this research, including the Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (CSIR-IGIB), Delhi, Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar, Academy for Scientific and Innovative Research, Ghaziabad, National Center for Disease Researcher of Control, New Delhi and Indian Institute of Technology, Jodhpur participated in the study.

Researchers analyzed the samples of Kovid-19 patients of two different periods of epidemics. In the first phase, the team analyzed 1,347 samples collected from June 2020 from China, Germany, Malaysia, United Kingdom, United States and India so that the genome-wide intra-host singles in Kovid-19 patients Nucleotide variation (ISNV) map can be experienced. Single Nucleotide Variations (SNV) is the option of a nucleotide (a basic construction section of nucleic acid or genetic material).
