The people present on the spot took the injured to Ramnagar Hospital with the help of police. When the condition did not improve here, some people were referred to the district hospital.

At around 4 pm, the Barat bus (JK02A W5567) left Kogham for Balandh village. The baraatis' bus was returning from Balandh village at around 7.30 pm. The bus reached Udak village at around 8.30 pm when suddenly the driver lost control and the bus fell into the gorge about 20 feet below.

There was a scream after the bus fell into the ditch. After hearing the voice of the people, the people around ran for help. This information was also given to Ramnagar police. Police rushed to the spot with an ambulance. The accident site was about 20 km from Ramnagar. So it took time to take the injured to the hospital. Police and local residents worked hard to get all the baraatis out of the bus and took them to Ramnagar Hospital. Two women died during treatment here. After the first aid, some of the injured were referred to the district hospital Udhampur as the condition did not improve. the police has started to investigate.

Truck fell into a ditch in Ramban district, driver died

A trailer truck fell into a deep gorge in Ramban's Khooni Nala area on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district early on Wednesday. Due to which the driver died on the spot. According to the information received, the truck fell into a deep gorge out of control. The truck, which was carrying iron electric poles, was going from Jammu to Kashmir.

The driver could not control the speed of the vehicle, due to which the trailer truck fell into a ditch in Khooni Nala. The police, who reached the information of the accident, carried out the rescue operation with the help of volunteers. The driver's body was retrieved from the ditch and identified. The body was sent to PHC Ramsu for legal formalities.

Police have identified the driver as Kalwinder Singh, son of Satnam Singh, a resident of Moholia Viran Khutar Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Police station in-charge Ramsu Nazir Ahmed said that an FIR is being registered and investigation is going on.
