Artificial Intelligence: The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has grown rapidly in India in the last few months. Nowadays, AI support is being added to most apps, making daily tasks easier. Be it social media platforms or editing apps, AI has opened up new possibilities in every field.

According to a tech industry report, according to a NASSCOM study, more than 240 generative AI startups have been established in India by the first half of 2024. With this, India has now come sixth in the world in the generative AI startup ecosystem. Compared to the previous year, the number of generative AI startups has increased by 260 percent, when there were only 66 startups.

These startups have raised more than $750 million in funding in 2023, which is a significant achievement in the early stage of generative AI technology. The major reason for this growth is the launch of 17 new generative AI models, which has led to a 4.6-fold increase in the sector.

Content writing, image creation, and other tasks have become easier with the help of AI. Generative AI assistant startups have received special attention, and about 80 percent of the new startups that came up this year have been focused on this segment.

Thus, India's AI sector is not only emerging in its own right, but is also moving towards becoming a significant player at the global level. The potential of AI has not only boosted technological development, but has also given a new direction to our everyday life.
