Asian Games 2023: India created history on Saturday in the 19th Asian Games being held in China. Indian athletes managed to win 100 medals due to their excellent performances. A total of 70 medals were won by Indian athletes in the Asian Games held in Jakarta five years ago, which was India's best performance. Let us tell you that as soon as the women's Kabaddi team won the gold medal on Saturday, India touched the mark of winning 100 medals.

25 Gold in India's bag so far

After winning 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze in archery in the 19th Asian Games, India has now won the gold medal in Kabaddi also. The 100 medals include 25 gold, 35 silver and 40 bronze. On Saturday, the women's Kabaddi team defeated Chinese Taipei by 26 points in a thrilling match. Won gold medal by defeating 25.

India's hat-trick in archery

In archery, India's experienced athletes Jyoti Surekha Vennam and Ojas Deotale scored a hat-trick of gold medals. At the same time, Aditi Swami was successful in winning the bronze medal.
