A 36-member swimming team, including former bronze medalist Virdhawal Khade, will represent India at the Asian Games to be held in Hangzhou in September-October. The Swimming Federation of India announced the team on Saturday which includes 21 members in swimming, two in diving and 13 in water polo. The names of the players of the water polo team have not been announced.

Apart from the experienced Khade, the 12-member men's swimming team also includes the star pair of Sajan Prakash and Srihari Nataraj. Khade won a bronze medal in the 50m butterfly at the 2010 Asian Games. The team also includes Anish Gowda and Aryan Nehra, who recently set four national records in the national championship. On the other hand, the pair of Nataraj and Sajan is expected to make a splash in China.
