Bombay High Court judges Justice Dama Seshadri Naidu has resigned on August 12 bringing up non-public reasons. He said, “I resigned on August 12... It will come into impact from tomorrow [August 17]. It is solely non-public, not anything lofty.” “I actually have been [a judge] on the Bombay High Court, Kerala High Court and Andhra Pradesh and now I intend to preparation as a lawyer,” he said.
