Instead of withdrawing the order, CM Yogi has issued a new directive. In this new directive, it has been said that shopkeepers will have to put nameplates on the Kanwar route in the entire state. Shopkeepers will have to reveal their name and identity in front of food shops on all Kanwar routes in UP. This has been done to maintain the faith and purity of Kanwar pilgrims. Along with this, the UP government has warned that action will also be taken against those selling products with Halal certification.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has taken this step for Kanwar pilgrims. According to the instructions, name plates will have to be installed on food shops on Kanwar routes across UP. The name and identity of the owner will have to be written on the shops. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the faith of Kanwar pilgrims.
