PM Modi America Visit / PM Modi leaves for US tour of the day, said- relations will be strengthened with this visit

PM Modi America Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for a two-nation tour of America and Egypt. He will reach New York tonight according to Indian time. Before leaving for America, PM Modi tweeted that he will attend many programs in New York City and Washington DC.

PM Modi left New Delhi for his first official state visit to America this morning at around 7.15 am. He will attend the Yoga Day celebrations at the United Nations Headquarters (UN HQ) in New York during the US tour and will hold a meeting with US President Joe Biden and also address a joint session of the US Congress in Washington DC. During the PM tour, he will also meet many business leaders there. Will also address the Indian community as well.

Prime Minister Modi tweeted before leaving for America, leaving for America, where I will be involved in many programs in New York City and Washington DC. These include yoga on Yoga Day at the UN Headquarters, talks with President Biden and several programs including addressing a joint session of the US Parliament.

In another tweet, PM Modi said that in America, I will also get an opportunity to meet many business leaders, interact with the Indian community and meet veteran thinkers from many walks of life. He said that we want to deepen India-US relations in trade, commerce, innovation, technology and many other such areas.
