MP News: In the case of urinating on a tribal laborer in Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh Police has arrested the accused Pravesh Shukla. Earlier, a case was registered against him under section 294,504 of IPC and SC-ST Act. According to the information, the accused Pravesh Shukla has been arrested at 2 o'clock in the night.

On the other hand, after the matter caught fire, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that action will be taken irrespective of the party he belongs to. Why did this happen, wants to know the victim's wife

Regarding the incident in Sidhi, the wife of Dashrath, the victim, says that she wants to know why what happened to her husband. They say that action should not be taken but the matter should be correct. In the case of the video that went viral in Sidhi, according to Deputy Inspector General of Police Mithlesh Kumar Shukla, the viral video was told of Kubari of Bahri police station area. In the case, the victim was identified as Dasaratha Rawat, while the perpetrator of the incident is Pravesh Shukla. Both are residents of Kubri.

The Congress alleged after the incident that the person urinating is said to be associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party. Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate has alleged that the victim who urinated on a tribal boy is Pravesh Shukla, the representative of BJP MLA Kedar Shukla from Sidhi in Madhya Pradesh. The Congress has demanded that the National Human Rights Commission take cognizance in this matter.

BJP shrugged off the accused, said – there is no connection

However, on the allegations of the opposition, BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla categorically denied that the accused was related to him. He says that Pravesh Shukla is not an office bearer of the party. They have no knowledge about this. In fact, allegations are being made that the photographs of the accused are with many BJP leaders, on which BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla said that many people get their photographs clicked like this.
