Rahul Gandhi News: The Islamabad High Court has reserved its decision on Imran Khan's appeal to suspend the sentence in the Toshakhana case. The court will pronounce its verdict on Tuesday. During the hearing held today i.e. on Monday, the name of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi echoed in the court. Rahul was mentioned by Amjad Parvez, a lawyer for the Election Commission of Pakistan. He referred to the decision of the court of India on Rahul Gandhi. Lawyer Amjad Parvez said, Rahul Gandhi was sentenced to two years on a private complaint, on which Rahul filed a petition to suspend the sentence, which was rejected. The court ruled that suspending sentence is not a hard and fast rule.

Imran Khan's lawyer Latif Khosa completed his arguments against the conviction on Thursday. He insisted that the decision was given in haste and was full of flaws. He urged the court to set aside the verdict, but the defense demanded more time to complete its arguments.
