TCS will give so many jobs

Tata Consultancy Services is going to give jobs to 40 thousand freshers in the current financial year. This means that the company will give jobs to about 110 freshers every day. This news is considered very important for the youth of the country. This decision from TCS has come at a time when the unemployment issue is very hot among the youth of the country. If experts are to be believed, then in the coming days other IT companies of the country can announce jobs to freshers.

About 61 people were given jobs every day

If we talk about the first quarter i.e. from April to June, then TCS has given jobs to about 61 people every day. According to the data, Tata Consultancy Services i.e. TCS has given jobs to 5,452 employees in the June quarter. After which the total number of the company increased to 606,998. Continuing its recruitment campaign, the company has planned to recruit about 40,000 freshers in the current financial year.

Addressing the concerns of AI affecting employment, Milind Lakkad, CHRO of TCS, said that technology reshapes the job scenario. TCS has increased the salary from 4.5 percent to 7 percent. In which those who perform well will get a hike of 10-12 percent. Lakkad said that about 70 percent are working from office. India's IT sector is constantly evolving.

Slight fall in the company's stock

If we talk about TCS shares, they closed with a slight fall on July 15. According to the data, after the market closed, the company's stock closed at Rs 4,168 with a fall of Rs 16.90. However, during the trading session, the company's stock also reached the day's high of Rs 4,237.05. A day earlier, on Friday, the company's stock was seen at Rs 4184.90. Whereas on Monday, the company's stock opened with a rise at Rs 4,225.60.
