He says last week he got tickets to return to India that now he should go back. But from last morning Russia started attacking. In such a situation, they now had no way but to return to their homeland and no means were available to return to their homeland. In such a situation, now he is just standing at the Poland border waiting for him to get a transit visa for Poland so that he can reach Poland safely.

Along with Rakesh, Pitali Srikkanth, who lives in Hyderabad, says that when he was leaving Kiev, there were continuous blasts at the airport in front of him. He says they don't know the city which gave them everything, what is the condition of there now. Because they have reached Poland border, about 15 hours away from that city. Pitali Srikkanth says that he was living in Ukraine for the last seven years. He had got citizenship there. It is like a shattering of dreams for them to leave their settled settlement and leave the entire household like this. They say that the whole city was being demolished before their eyes. He told that when he came to know that it was not appropriate to stay here, he kept in touch with the local administration but he could not get any help.

Shrikant says that he had even given shelter to Indians settled in his local area in his restaurant. But they had limited resources and they all came to the verge of extinction. He says that when all the ration and water is exhausted, then he has left everything and moved towards Poland border. They say the fear is about whether the transit visa will be available or not. Harish, from Delhi, who was traveling with him, says that if the transit visa is not received or if he has to stand in line here for several days, then it is possible that the Russian army will reach this area and then there is no idea of ​​what will happen.

Denial of transit visa

Rakesh of Delhi said in a conversation with Amar Ujala.com that if he does not get entry from the Poland border, then all the routes to India are seen closed for him at the moment. He says that he has contacted the Indian Embassy in Kiev a lot but got no satisfactory reply. He says that at present he is on the Poland border, where thousands of Indians are present. He told that he cannot go to the border on foot because there is a long line of more than 15 kilometers and the information that is coming from the border is that at present Poland has refused to give transit visa.

He says that if Poland does not give transit visa, then all Indians will have to take refuge in this area. Because going back is not free from danger. He has appealed to the Indian government to request Poland and give transit visas with document checks to Indians, so that they can come back to India from Poland.
