IND vs WI / So did Lara come to take Rahul Dravid with him for dinner?

IND vs WI | Former West Indies cricketer Brian Lara was seen in the Indian dressing room after the first ODI between India vs West Indies. Lara had met India under the captaincy of Shikhar Dhawan and also met head coach and his old friend Rahul Dravid, whose picture and video was shared by the Board of Control for Cricket in India on social media. Lara had actually come for a specific purpose as he was not present during the entire match. It is believed that Lara had specially reached the stadium to take Dravid with him for dinner.

The ODI series between India and West Indies is being played in Port of Spain, where Lara's home is also there. Sports journalist Vimal Kumar has shared a video about this, in which he reached Lara's house to confirm this.

West Indies legends like Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo had come to watch this match, but Lara was not seen in the stadium during the entire match. Vimal Kumar told that Lara arrived after the match and left with Dravid. He, however, also said that the two had not had dinner together at home, but had probably gone out for dinner. The first match between India and West Indies was quite exciting. India won the match by three runs till the last over.
