In this case, now the sessions court of Amravati has sentenced the accused to 10 years imprisonment.

The incident happened during the first wave of Corona

During the first wave of corona in Maharashtra, a mall employee's coron test came positive in Amravati. After this all the employees of the mall were sent to the Trauma Care Center in Badnera. After taking the test of all the employees, the guilty lab technician Alkesh Deshmukh told a female employee that her report is positive and will have to come to the lab for the next test. After this, he took a swab sample from the private part of the woman in the lab.

Woman lodged complaint in police station

The woman became suspicious after the sample was taken in this way, she complained to her brother. In this regard, when the district hospital was asked, it was found that the sample is not taken like this. After this the woman lodged a complaint against the lab technician at Badnera police station. This matter was going on in the court for the last one and a half years.

10 thousand fine with jail sentence

Now the Amravati Sessions Court, while delivering the verdict, has sentenced the lab technician to 10 years of imprisonment. Along with this, a fine of 10 thousand rupees has also been imposed. Let us tell you that on 20 July 2020, the culprit had carried out the incident. After this, opposing the incident, political parties and social organizations had demanded strict punishment to the accused.
