A person took responsibility for the Kerala blast

A person has surrendered at Kodagarh police station in Thrissur district of Kerala and taken responsibility for the blast. The police have taken him into custody and his claim is being investigated. The name of the person is Dometic Martin. According to the police, he belongs to the Jehovah community. The police is seriously interrogating him.

After the blasts in Kerala, Uttar Pradesh SDG Law and Order Prashant Kumar has ordered all the districts to remain alert. Kerala Health Minister's statement came out

On the explosion at the Kalamassery Convention Centre, Kerala Health Minister Veena George says, '52 people are admitted in different hospitals. There are 30 people admitted here, out of which 18 are in ICU and 6 are seriously injured. One of those 6 is a 12 year old child. All the remaining injured are in other private hospitals. The deceased has not been identified yet.

Kerala DGP reached the blast site

Kerala DGP has reached the blast site. Speaking to the media in Thiruvananthapuram, the CM said that this matter will be investigated seriously. He has spoken to the DGP. He said that who carried out the blast and whether it was an act of terror can be said only after investigation.
