Kuwait Fire: A massive fire broke out in a building in Mangaf area of Kuwait on Thursday. 49 people were burnt to death in this fire, including 45 Indian workers. 49 people were severely burnt in the accident. The bodies of 45 Indian workers who lost their lives in the fire incident were brought to Ernakulam city of Kerala. A special plane of the Indian Air Force has brought the bodies of 45 Indians. Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh was also present in this plane. He coordinated with the Kuwaiti authorities to bring the bodies to India soon. After the incident, the Indian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs met the injured. He also visited the accident site. He has announced all possible help to the families of the victims and the deceased.23 of the workers who lost their lives were from KeralaThis special aircraft of the Indian Air Force has brought the bodies of the deceased to India for last rites. Among the Indian workers who lost their lives in the fire, 23 were from Kerala, 7 from Tamil Nadu, 2 each from Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. 1 worker each from Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, West Bengal, Punjab, Haryana, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh have lost their lives in the accident.These Indians worked for NTBC construction companyThe workers who lost their lives in the fire worked for Kuwait's largest construction company NBTC. During investigation it was found that the building in which the fire broke out was also the building of NBTC. Some Indian workers had recently come to Kuwait for work. There were many who had been living and working in Kuwait for decades.
