Train Accident: A train accident took place on Saturday morning in Adra, Bankura, West Bengal. The wagons of one goods train climbed on top of the wagons of another goods train. Due to this 12 coaches got derailed. Manish Kumar, DRM of Adra Division, believes that the incident happened due to the fault of the driver. It is being said that the goods train driver had fallen asleep. Due to this he could not see the signal and due to this the accident happened.Meanwhile, as soon as the news of the accident was received, Senior Divisional Security Officer of the Railways, Dibakar Majhi reached the spot. He said that this accident happened due to some problem. However, he told the media that he would have to wait for the investigation report to know what actually happened. He said that a goods train was standing on the loop line. The signal on the line was also red.The driver did not notice that the signal was red. The result was that the accident happened. Railway officials say that the driver may have fallen asleep. Maybe that's why he could not see the signal.
