Jharkhand Elections 2024: No government has been repeated in Jharkhand so far, and Hemant Soren faces the challenge of breaking this tradition. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Hemant Soren is not only strengthening his party, but he is also planning to beat the BJP's strategy. If his experiment is successful, it will not only lead to the re-formation of the government, but the veteran leaders of the BJP may also face a tough challenge.

Election time table

Voting for 81 assembly seats in Jharkhand will be held on November 13 and 20, while the election results will be declared on November 23. In these elections, Hemant Soren has fielded his candidates on 8 important seats, who will give a direct fight to the veteran leaders of the BJP.

JMM's strategy on 8 seats

Chandankyari: BJP leader of opposition Amar Kumar Bauri is contesting from here. Hemant has got former MLA Umakant Rajak on his side, who can become a challenge for Bauri on this seat.

Sarath: BJP has made Randhir Singh its candidate, while Hemant has created problems for Randhir by bringing former MLA Uday Shankar Singh to his side.

Bhavnathpur: To challenge BJP's Bhanu Pratap Shahi from this seat, Hemant has taken along with him the number-2 and number-3 candidates in the last election.

Dhanwar: Babu Lal Marandi is contesting from here. Hemant has planned to weaken his position by fielding Raj Kumar Yadav here.

Jama: This is Hemant Soren's traditional seat. Hemant has strengthened the position by bringing BJP's Louis Marandi with him.

Jamua: Hemant has made preparations to put this seat in his account by bringing former MLA Kedar Hazra with him.

Bahargora: Here Hemant has tried to turn the situation in his favor by reconciling Samir Mohanty and Kunal Shadangi.

Seraikela: Despite Champai Soren joining BJP, Hemant has made a strategy against him by uniting Ganesh Mahali, Basco Bera and Laxman Tudu.

Game of electoral politics

This electoral strategy of Hemant Soren not only shows the strength of the party, but also shows that he is ready to take full advantage of the weaknesses of his opponents. His effort is to increase his influence in those seats where big BJP leaders are contesting.

If this experiment of Hemant Soren is successful, then for the first time in Jharkhand a government can come back to power, and at the same time the veteran leaders of the party may have to face electoral defeat. It will be interesting to see in the upcoming elections whether Hemant Soren is able to succeed in his strategy or not.
