Amroha / Three people traveling in van died on the spot due to collision with private bus, five others injured

A private bus going to Delhi collided with a van coming from the opposite direction near village Jogipura in the police station area at 6 am on Thursday. Due to the collision, three people including the driver of the van died on the spot, while five people were injured. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and sent the injured to government hospitals in Dhanora and Gajraula.

Some people do the work of decoration in marriages in Delhi, Gohawar and Rahta Niwas, the Kotwali of Bijnor's Noorpur village. All these people had left for their village to celebrate the festival of Holi by renting a Maruti van from Delhi's Kondli area late on Wednesday. His van was hit by a private bus near village Jogipura at around 6 am on Thursday.

Van blown away

The collision was so strong that the van was blown up. The driver Anurag, Pawan's son Harbans age 34 years, village Rahata, Bharat Singh's son dragged in the van, aged 50 years died on the spot. While Sonu, Gajendra, Kallu, Bhupendra, Harpal, and Arun were injured.

On receiving information, the Bachhraun police sent the injured to government hospitals in Dhanora and Gajraula for treatment. The dead have been sent for post-mortem in Panchnama. The driver of the bus has fled after the accident. Police have seized both the vehicles.
