Shardiya Navratri: The ninth day of Navratri is considered dedicated to Maa Siddhidatri. This day is also famous as Ram Navami and Mahanavami. The Siddhidatri form of Maa Durga is a symbol of power and siddhi, by worshipping which properly, devotees get salvation and all kinds of siddhis. On this day devotees do special worship of Maa Siddhidatri.Auspicious time for Kanya PujanAccording to the Hindu calendar, both Ashtami and Navami are auspicious times for Kanya Pujan. On Ashtami, the auspicious time for Kanya Pujan will be from 7:44 am to 10:37 am. On the other hand, two Muhurtas are considered important on Navami Tithi—the first is from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm and the second is from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm. Performing Kanya Pujan in these Muhurtas is considered extremely auspicious.Maa Siddhidatri Puja VidhiTo worship Maa Siddhidatri on Navami, devotees should wear clean clothes after taking a bath in the morning.
