Arab-Africa are connecting with Europe Railway: Work is going on vigorously to once again restore the collapsed rail network of the Ottoman Empire which started in the 19th century. This 8619 kilometer long network once used to connect Europe to the continent of Africa and more than thirty countries in the Middle East. Don't know who caught the eye of the best rail project of that era that it was lying deserted for almost 100 years.

Many countries started efforts

The bad days of this railway project started during the First World War. Then, by the turn of the 21st century, due to the indifference and mutual enmity of many countries including Egypt, Israel, at that time the world's largest railway network got destroyed. Now diplomats and businessmen of many countries want to restore the rail network of that era with the help of tourism. In this connection, Morocco launched the first high-speed network in 2018, which was planned to connect West Africa by 2038.

Connectivity will increase in these countries

According to the report of 'The Economist', Israel is also building 4 railway lines in this connection. Israel, with the help of China, is ready to fill the 32 kilometer gap in the rail network till southern Iraq by connecting the old Silk Route of Iran and Syria. Similarly, Egypt is also expanding its rail network, which includes new rail lines to Libya, Sudan and Saudi Arabia. Iraq has recently started a rail route to Mosul. In such a situation, preparations are going on fast to connect about 2500 kilometers of the rail network of the old Ottoman Empire with the hi-tech and high-speed railway network with the technology of today's era. As soon as the work on this route is over, Arabia and Africa will once again be connected to Europe through the railway network.
