In this voice note, Rahul Dravid said, 'Hello Gautam, I wish you all the best. It has been 3 weeks since my tenure with the Indian team ended. The way I ended my coaching tenure first in Barbados and then in Mumbai, I had never even dreamt of it. I wish you get better results than me and also wish that you always get fit players and luck also favours you, because it is very much needed. When we used to play together, I have seen glimpses in your batting that you used to give everything. You did not surrender in front of the opponents and I noticed you even then.

The message from one coach to another is to smile even in the toughest of times. I am sure that you will take Indian cricket to new heights.

Gautam Gambhir became emotional

After this voice note of Dravid, Gautam Gambhir appeared very emotional. He said, 'This message means a lot to me. This message comes from a person who I always looked up to when he played. I think there is a lot to learn from Dravid, not just for me but for the next generation and the current generation as well.
