The clouds of crisis are looming over Britain's Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Two of his ministers have resigned from their respective posts. Finance Minister Rishi Sunak and Health Minister Sajid Javid have taken this step in protest against the promotion of MP Chris Pincher. Both were senior leaders of the party. In such a situation, questions are being raised on the leadership of Boris Johnson.

Let us tell you that Chris Pincher has also been accused of sexual harassment. Apart from this, Pincher had indecisively with two people after drinking alcohol in a London club. After which he had to resign from his post on 30 July. This is not the first setback to Boris Johnson, but a no-confidence motion was brought against him after the Partygate scandal. At the same time, his party has faced defeat in two by-elections.

In his resignation letter, Finance Minister Rishi Sunak said, it is not easy to take this decision at a time when the whole world is facing economic crisis, Kovid epidemic and Russia-Ukraine war remains a challenge. However, the public expects that the government will take the right steps. I know I may have become a minister for the last time in my life but it has become necessary to maintain the standards of the government. That's why I am resigning.

At the same time, Health Minister Sajid Javid said, I am sad to say that I will no longer hold this post. I had decided to serve in the government for the betterment of the people. I know what people expect from our government.

What happened on July 5th

Tuesday was a very important day in UK politics. Prior to the resignation of two ministers, Prime Minister Boris Johnson apologized that he was not removed from office even after the allegations against Chris Pincher in 2019. On 1 July the Prime Minister claimed that he was not aware of the allegations against Chris Pincher. After this, the matter reversed on Monday itself and his spokesman said that Johnson was aware of this.

A senior civil servant named Simon Macdonald busted that Johnson was fully aware of what Chris Pincher did in 2019 and the way the matter went in court after that. In fact, on June 29, Pincher went to a club in Piccadilly. After this, two people alleged that Pincher was doing wrong things after drinking alcohol with them. Thereafter he resigned from his post.

In 2019, Pincher was made Foreign Minister and in February this year he was made Deputy Chief Vip. He was given the responsibility of maintaining discipline in the party. Pincher had been accused in the past as well.
