Jharkhand Politics: After the arrest of Hemant Soren, political turmoil is continuously increasing in Jharkhand. It is being told that the MLAs of the Grand Alliance can be shifted to Hyderabad, preparations are going on for this. Information about a special plane reaching Ranchi has come to light. At present the MLAs of the Grand Alliance are present in the Circuit House. At the same time, four MLAs of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) are said to be missing, whose whereabouts are unknown. Meanwhile, the Governor has given an appointment to Champai Soren at 5.30 pm. Earlier in the day, Champai Soren had written a letter to the Governor asking him to clarify the situation regarding government formation.
After the disappearance of the MLAs, speculations have started that foul play may have taken place in the state. Seeing the possibility of a game being played, the Grand Alliance has become active and is busy gathering MLAs. At the same time, after the resignation of Hemant Soren from the post of Chief Minister yesterday, it was decided who would be the next Chief Minister of the state. The Grand Alliance said that Champai Soren has been elected the leader of the legislature party. After this, he met the Governor and staked claim to form the government.Letters of support from 43 MLAs were handed over to the Governor, but no information or time was given from Raj Bhavan regarding the swearing-in. After this, today the Governor has called for a meeting. According to information received from sources, Bharatiya Janata Party's Jharkhand in-charge Laxmikant Vajpayee, state president Babulal Marandi and Organization Minister Karamveer Singh have held a meeting. This meeting was called in view of the political situation in the state.Nishikant Dubey claims, only 35 MLAs going to HyderabadBJP leader Nishikant Dubey has claimed that there are only 35 MLAs going to Hyderabad in Ranchi Circuit House. He said that Sarfaraz Ahmed is not an MLA and Hemant Soren is in jail. Now all the MLAs will go to Raj Bhavan, from there they are being herded to the airport like cows and goats. In the absence of JMM national president Shibu Soren, who will take this decision of the legislature party leader? According to the information, Shibu Soren wants to make Basant Soren the Chief Minister. How many MLAs do NDA and Grand Alliance have?Even though Champai Soren is claiming majority in Jharkhand, the suspense remains. In such a situation, let us understand under what circumstances NDA government is possible in the state? There are 80 members of the assembly in the state. To figure the majority, the number of MLAs required is 41. The Grand Alliance claims that it has 48 MLAs, of which 29 are from JMM, 17 from Congress, one from RJD and one from Left. At the same time, there are 26 MLAs from BJP, 3 from AJSU, one from NCP (AP) and two independent MLAs. Overall BJP has 32 MLAs. In such a situation, it does not seem to be touching the majority mark. How is NDA government possible? The BJP led NDA has three options to form the government. First option, if 12 out of 17 Congress MLAs defect, BJP will have 44 MLAs and these broken MLAs will also be saved from the anti-defection law. Second option, if 2 thirds of JMM i.e. 20 MLAs break away, then NDA government can be formed. Also you will be saved from anti-defection law. In such a situation, NDA will have 52 MLAs. If we talk about the third option, if a total of 17 MLAs from the Grand Alliance abstain from voting, then the strength of the House will be reduced to 63. In such a situation, the government will be formed because NDA will have 32 MLAs. This will be the majority figure.#UPDATE | Jharkhand Governor gives the time of 5:30 pm to Leader of JMM legislative party, Champai Soren to meet him at the Raj Bhavan. https://t.co/Hgjqt8XVOn
