Anand Mahindra: Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra Company, often remains in the headlines. His posts often go viral on social media. Along with this, the decision taken by him during the Canada-India dispute that had been going on for some days was also being praised everywhere. But now Anand Mahindra seems to be in big trouble. In fact, a person living in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh has filed a fraud report against 13 people including Mahindra company owner Anand Mahindra.

The victim has alleged that the company sold the car without airbags, due to which his son died. Rajesh Mishra, a resident of Juhi, Kanpur, told in the FIR lodged in the police station that in the year 2020, he had purchased a Scorpio car worth Rs 17 lakh from Shri Tirupati Auto Agency located at Zarib Chowki. On January 14, 2022, his son Apoorva Mishra was coming to Kanpur from Lucknow with his friends. Due to dense fog, his car collided with the divider and overturned, due to which Apoorva died on the spot.

'Information was received that there was no airbag in the vehicle'

He told that after the incident, he went to the agency and informed the people about this and told that despite wearing the seat belt, the airbags of the car did not open due to which his son died. After this, the manager of his agency got Rajesh talking to the directors of the company. Rajesh Mishra alleged that during the conversation the manager and staff of the agency misbehaved with him. Rajesh alleged that he got the car technically checked, in which he got information that there was no airbag in the car.

The case has been registered after the court order

Rajesh complained about the matter in Raipurwa police station, but no hearing was given to him, after which Rajesh took refuge in the court. Following the court order, charges of fraud and other sections were registered against 13 people including the agency manager, Chandra Prakash Gurnani, Vikram Singh Mehta, Rajesh Ganesh Jejurikar, Anees Dilip Shah, Thothla Narayanasamy, Hargrave Khaitan, Muttiah Murgappan Muttiah and Anand Gopal Mahindra at Raipur police station. A report was lodged.
