Atique Ahmed: Mafia don Atique Ahmed and his brother Ashraf have been shot dead. This massacre was carried out by shooting while being taken for medical in Prayagraj. The assailants fired the gun by touching Atiq's head. In this firing, Atiq and his brother Ashraf died on the spot. Police have arrested 3 attackers from the spot, who have been identified as Lavlesh Tiwari, Arun Maurya and Sunny. The assailants fired several rounds during the attack on Atiq. In this incident, a constable has suffered bullet injury, whose name is being told as Man Singh.

During this the entire area is converted into a cantonment. 15 member team of ATS has reached the spot. Police is patrolling sensitive areas in Prayagraj. Police has taken out a flag march in Hussainabad, Lucknow.

CM gave instructions for formation of judicial inquiry commission

The Chief Minister immediately convened a high-level meeting and ordered a high-level inquiry into the entire matter. The Chief Minister also directed to constitute a three-member judicial commission (Judicial Inquiry Commission) in the matter.

On Saturday, Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf were shot near the Medical College in Prayagraj. They were talking to the media when both were killed. Meanwhile, some people reached there posing as fake media persons and shot Ateeq and Ashraf at close range. Atik was shot in the head and as soon as the bullet hit, both the brothers fell on the ground and died on the spot. Police said that the police have arrested 3 people involved in the murder of both the brothers.
