The eighth session of the Delhi Assembly will run from February 24 to February 27. During this, 14 pending CAG reports of the tenure of the Aam Aadmi Party government will be presented. On February 25, Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena will give his address in the House and after that it will be discussed.

Election of Deputy Speaker and other important decisions

The election of the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly will be held on February 27. BJP has nominated senior MLAs Vijender Gupta and Mohan Singh Bisht for the posts of Speaker and Deputy Speaker respectively. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will propose the name of Vijender Gupta on February 24, which will be supported by Manjinder Singh Sirsa.
